1. 5 Mushrooms soak in water soak in water
2. 50 grams Minced Pork 
3. 50 grams Minced Shrimp
4. 5 Pieces Carrots cut off in flowers shape
5. 5 Coriander Leaves
6. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
7. 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
8. 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
9. 1 Tsp. Soy Sauce
10. 1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
11. 50 ml. Chicken Broth
12. 12 Tapioca Flour dissolve in water 1 Tsp. tapioca+ 1 Tbsp. water
1. Squeeze out the mushroom soaking water. Cut off mushroom stems and set aside.
2. Fermented ground shrimp, ground pork, with soy sauce and pepper. Stir to combine.
3. Place fermented ingredients on the mushroom. Press it together, follow with carrot on top of filling.
4. Heat water to boiling. Steam the stuffed mushrooms for 10 minutes, and then arranged beautifully on a plate.
5. Stir vegetable oil, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar and chicken broth well together. Add tapioca flour dissolved in water on the stuffed mushrooms. Decorate with coriander leaves. Ready to serve.
