1. 100 grams Boiled Chinese Pasta Square soaked in water 1 hour
2. 300 grams Pork Ribs cut into pieces
3. 100 grams  White Pork Sausage 
4. 1/2 Cup Red Shallots

7. 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce

1. Cut pork in half lengthwise. Then slice it, follow with cut spring onion, coriander.
2. Heat water to boiling. Boil pork ribs for 30 minutes.

4. Add boiled Chinese pasta square, close the lid for 5 minutes. Then open the lid and stir for a while. Boil until soft and well cooked.

Ingredient of Vietnamese Noodle Soup

1. 100 grams Boiled Chinese Pasta Square soaked in water 1 hour
2. 300 grams Pork Ribs cut into pieces
3. 100 grams White Pork Sausage
4. 1/2 Cup Red Shallots
5. 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
6. 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
7. 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
8. 1/2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
9. 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
