2. 250 grams Bamboo Shoots Chinese soaked in water to soften
3. 5 Flowers Mushroom soaked in water
4. 1 Tsp. Salt
5. 1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
6. 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
7. 1 Liter of Water

1. Squeeze out the water that soaked mushrooms. Then cut mushroom stems and cut lengthwise into thin slices.
