1. 100 grams Sliced Beef with fat
2. 1/2 Ball Onion
3. 2 Green Peas
4. Green Spring Onions
5. 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
6. 2 Tbsp. Sake
7. 1 1/2  Tbsp. Sugar
8. 2 Tbsp. Sweet Mirin
9. 3 Tbsp. Japanese Soy Sauce
10. Dried Seasoning Seaweed

1. Mix chicken stock with sake, sugar, mirin and soy sauce. Then heat to boil, add onion and dim heat to medium- low. Simmer until dry out in 2/3 portion. 
2. Then put sliced meat to fry with sauce and simmer a bit. Taste it, then pour on hot cooked Japanese rice. Then sprinkle with seasoned seaweed. Ready to eat.

Tips

If you are eating meat. I recommend you to simmer until the sauce dry out. Then fire up the heat and sway the meat like when you eat Japanese Suki.

Ingredient of Gyu Don

How to Cook Gyu Don
