New York Steak with Jungo Tofu - New York Steaks that I adapt for Asian people. Who love taste of beef surely love this menu too. Today we will use tofu for Asian taste.




New York Steak with Jungo Tofu - New York Steaks that I adapt for Asian people. Who love taste of beef surely love this menu too. Today we will use tofu for Asian taste.
1. 1 Piece New York Cut 1 piece of sirloin.
2. 50 grams Japanese Tofu cut into dice
3. 5-6 Balls Cherry Tomatoes cut half of the ball
4. Cheddar Cheese grated
5. 2-3 Tbsp. 3 colors Bell Peppers cut dice
6. 2 Tbsp. Sliced Black Olives
7. 2 Tbsp. Seasoning Powder Taco
1. Season the meat with salt, pepper, olive oil, then set aside.
2. Fry tofu in the oil until crisp and drain dry.
3. Mix bell peppers, tomatoes, black olives. Season with salt, Taco powder and mix well together. Taste as you please then you get a Jungo Tofu.
4. Grill Meat on a hot pan for3 minutes on each side. Set aside for 1-2 minutes, then put meat on a plate. Serve with Jungo Tofu. Sprinkle all around with cheese. Ready to eat.

Tips

Do not overlook staying meat. Because this is a process that will result in the desired ripeness.
