1. 5 Fresh mackerels cut head, tail off
2. 200 grams Cane
3. 50 grams Ginger
4. 2 Red Goat Peppers
5. 2 Celery Roots 
6. 2 Cloves Garlic
7. 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
8. 4 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
9. 4 Tbsp. Tamarind Juice
10.  120 grams Palm Sugar
11.  3 Tbsp. Soybean Oil
12. 1 Liter of Water

1. Slice ginger, cut cane into 4 parts, cut half goat pepper. Then pound coriander root and pepper together until fine. 
2. Fry pounded ingredients with oil. Season with palm sugar, salt, fish sauce, tamarind juice. Stir until palm sugar dissolve completely.
3. Arrange cane in the bottom of pot, follow with slice ginger, goat pepper, and mackerel. Then add water into it. Close the lid and cook over low heat for 15 hours.
