1. Stewed duck legs, four legs.
2. Meat, shrimp, finely chopped 80 g
3. Beef, pork, finely chopped 80 g
4. Root, coriander, chopped 1 Specialist level.

7. 1 Sheet Gypsum 
8. 1/2 Tsp. Granulated Sugar
9. 1 Tsp. Sesame Oil

1. Mix minced pork, minced shrimp, sugar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ground pepper, coriander root, garlic well together until smooth.
2. Cut gypsum lengthwise into 2 inches pieces.
3. Dip the marinated pork into duck paw. Then wrap them around with gypsum.
4. Heat water to boil. Put duck legs to steam in boiling water for 10 minutes.  Cover and steam for 3 minutes more. Serve with Chinese Vinegar.
