4. 5 Kaffir Lime Leaves
5. 1 Head Galangal
6. 3 Shallots
7. 3 Cloves Large Garlic
8. Dill
9. Parsley
10. Basil 
11. Sweet Basil 
12. Spring Onion
13. Round Eggplant
14. Boiled Fermented Fish 
15. 1/2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
16. 1/2 Tsp. Salt (pounded with chili)
17. 1 Tbsp. Roasted Rice 
18. Chicken Stock

1. Boiling chicken broth in the pot. 
2. Chop lemon grass and galangal into small pieces. Cut half garlic, shallots and shredded kaffir lime leaves. Pound them well together.
3. Add finish pounded ingredients into the broth, follow with chicken. Cover and let it boil.
4. Add roasted rice. Then season with boiled fermented fish sauce , fish sauce and add eggplant. When everything cooked, turn off the gas, add the remaining vegetables down and stir thoroughly. Finish.
