1. 150 grams Streaky Pork not use pork skin
2. 150 grams Shrimp Meat

4. 50 grams Chopped Water Chestnut
5. 2 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Carrots

7. 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
8. 2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
9. 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
10. 1 Tsp. Granulated Sugar
11. 2 Tbsp. China Liqueur
12. 1 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
13. Minced Garlic 
14. Coriander Root finely chopped
15. 3 Tbsp. Tapioca Flour
16. Egg
17. 1 Large Sheet Fresh Gypsum 
18. 1 Cup Plum Sauce
19. 1 Liter of Palm Oil
1. Mix all ingredients well together except gypsum and plum sauce in a mixing bowl and set aside for 10 minutes. Put in the refrigerator 1 hour.
2. Place Tofu sheet on the mat for rolling. Then put the ingredient of filling in a long stick. Roll the dough round stick.
3. Cut white rope in10 inches long and tight in width from 1 to 1.5 inches each.
4. Steam into boiling water for 20 minutes and let it dry before cut it.
5. Heat the oil and fry until crispy. Drain dry. Serve with plum sauce.
