1. 10 Shrimps 
2. 1/4 Head Cabbage 70 grams
3. 100 grams Gourd 
4. 10 Mint Leaves
5. 5 Large Cloves Garlic
6. 20 Paprika Gardens
7. 3Tbsp. Lime Juice
8. 2 Tbsp. Syrup
9. 3 Tbsp. Fish Sauce

1. Cut half gourd and core gut out. Then slice gourd, chop cauliflower, chop chilli and garlic finely.
2. Peel shrimp, leave only tails and shrimp meat. Use knife to slit the shrimp until close to the the stomach shrimp. Discard the black line. Watch 2 times in cold water.
3. Mix syrup, chilli, garlic, fish sauce and lime well together.
