The flour
1. 200 grams Glutinous Rice Flour
2. 100 grams Palm Sugar
3. 100 ml. Coconut Milk

Filling Stuffed
4. 180 grams Palm Sugar
5. 100 grams Overripe Coconut 
6. 30 ml. Water
7. 5 inches Banana leaves round shape
8. 8 inches Banana leaves round shape
* 17-20 pieces
1. Stir palm sugar, water, coconut together in a brass pan with low heat about 10-15 minutes.
2. Mix flour, coconut milk and palm sugar to combine well and knead until dough smooth. Set aside.
3. Heat the banana leave over fire.
4. Mold filling into 1-inch balls and mold the dough into 1? inches. Then cover filling by dough.
5. Place small banana leave on a bigger one heat the banana leave over fire first. And then roll the banana leave.
6. Place pastry in a cone. Fold 4 sides of edge and steam in boiling water for 30 minutes. Set aside to cool before serving.
