1. 300 grams Wheat Flour 
2. 20 grams Tapioca Flour
3. 200 ml. Limewater
4. 500 ml. Pandan Juice
5. 350 grams Palm Sugar
6. 100 grams Grated Coconut 
7. 1/4 Tsp. Salt

1. Mix salt and grated coconut well together.  Put into the microwave for 1 minute and set aside.
2. Mix all remaining ingredients until smooth. Filter with colander. Then pour into the brass pan.
3. Stir repeatedly for about 30 minutes use low heat and stir into the same direction Pour the mixture in a print with banana leaves below. Leave to cool 2-3 hours.

Ingredient of Pandan Sweet Pudding
