Dough
1. 100 grams of rice flour
2. 40 grams of tapioca flour
3. 200 ml. of water

Stuff
4. 50 grams of chopped pork
5. 50 grams of chopped salted radish
6. 70 grams of pounded peanut
7. 2 Tsp. of pepper
8. 1 garlic
9. 1 coriander root
10. 2 Tbsp. of chopped red onion
11.1/2 Tbsp. of fish sauce
12. 2 Tbsp. of palm sugar

Side dish
13. Cabbage
14. Coriander leaf
15. guinea pepper
16. 2 Tbsp. of fried garlic
17. 3 Tbsp. of fried garlic oil
18. 3 Tbsp. of soy oil

1. Pound garlic , coriander root and pepper and fry them with soy oil after that put the chopped red onion and fry them together.
2. Put the chopped pork in to the same pan and radish , palm sugar , fish sauce and fry them for 10 minutes until they dried out. Put the peanut for the last and leave them cool.
