1. 450 grams of beef hip
2. 50 ml. of evaporated milk
3. 50 ml. of coconut milk
4. 2 Tbsp. of yogurt
5. 2 Tbsp. of soy sauce

9. 1 Tsp. of cumin powder
10. 1 Tsp. of coriander seeds

2. Preserved beef with evaporated milk, coconut milk , yogurt , soy sauce , sugar , cumin powder, coriander seeds. And knead them together. After that keep them into the freezer for 1 night.
3. Grill the beef in the pan with low heat and keep spread beef with coconut milk for both side. After that take the beef on the dish.
4. Grill the bread in the pan and cut for 4 pieces. Serve them with Sa-tae sauce and Arjad.
