1. 500 ml. of coconut milk
2. 1/2 Tsp. of salt
3. 2 Tbsp. of fish sauce
4. 100 grams of Panang-curry paste
5. 2 Tbsp. of sugar
6. 300 grams of pork (sirloin)
7. 100 grams of pea eggplant
8. 7-8 leech lime’s leaves
9. 2 goat peppers
1. Slice goat pepper , leech lime and pork.
2. Put coconut milk into the pot for 100 ml. then put the curry paste into the pot and fry them together.
3. Put pork into the pot and the left coconut milk too.
4. Seasoning with sugar , fish sauce , salt and stir them together and wait until they done.
