1. 6 White Shrimp (peeled-cut back)
2. 100 grams Squid (slice into 2 cm. thick)
3. 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
4. 1 Tbsp. Roasted Rice

8. 1 Tbsp. Shallot
9. 1 Cup Mint Leave

1. Heat water to boiling. Add shrimp and squid down.

4. Before serving, add shallot, spring onion, and parsley. Mix well together.
5. Ready to serve. Decorate with mint leaves and fried chili.
