1. Pound pepper , red onion and shrimp paste together then slice the lotus stem for 2 inch.
2. Warm the coconut milk with low heat and put the pounded ingredients into the pot.
3. Seasoning with salt , fish sauce , tammarind  juice and palm sugar. Stir until they’re well combined.
