Kanom Kay Sorn Lum Jiak & Kanom Kee Mod - This menu is Thai traditional dessert that similar to Kanom Dok Lum Jiak. The filling is made by coconut stirred with sugar. Add color and flavor with pandanus juice. Then wrap with sticky rice flour that already baked with smoky candle scent and sift on a pan. You will touch the sweet and delicious from the flour to the filling of this dessert.

1. 1 pack of glutinous flour
2. 1 coconut
3. 1 cup of sugar
4. 4 Tbsp. of pandanus leaf juice
