4. Garlic, peeled 70 grams

1. Cut large dried chilli into 1-inch long pieces, cut garlic, shallot into small pieces. Then roasted in a pan and set aside. use medium heat
2. Roast shallot, garlic in a pan until the skin outside burnt just a little. 
3. Pound dried chilli, shallots, garlic until finely. Then fry with bean oil. Season with salt, sugar, and stir to combine.

Ingredient of Roasted Chilli Paste

1. Small Dried Chilli 10 grams
2. Large Dried Chilli 10 grams
3. Shallots, peeled 70 grams

6. Sugar 2 1/2 Tbsp.

How to Cook Roasted Chilli Paste
