1. 100 grams chicken breast (cut into short pieces)
2. 2 Tbsp. Fried Flour
3. 2 Tbsp. Fried Cashew Nuts.
4. 1/2 Cup Water Chestnuts
5. 2 Seeds Dried Chilli (remove seed and chop 1 inch thick before frying)
6. 1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
7. 1/2 Balls Onion (cut into 1 inch)
8. 2 Stalks Spring Onions (cut into 2 inches long piece)
9. Chopped Red Goat Pepper (Topping)
10. 1 Tsp. Soy sauce
11. 1 Tsp. Sugar
12. 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
13. 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
14. 1 Tbsp. Tomato sauce
15. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
16. 1 Cup Vegetable oil (for frying chicken)
1. Pour the oil into the pan and heat. Meanwhile mix fried flour with chicken.
2. When oil is hot, put the chicken into the pan and fry until golden yellow. Bring up to set aside.
3. Pour oil into a pan with chopped garlic. Follow with water chestnut and onion.
4. Season with sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and tomato sauce. Mix thoroughly.
5. Add fried chicken and stir well to combine. Turn off gas then add fried chilli and spring onions. Mix well together.  Sprinkle with chopped goat pepper. Only this is ready to serve.
