1. Ground Pork 100 grams
2. 2 Duck eggs
3. 2 Tbsp. of Lemon grass
4. 2 Tbsp. Thai Garlic
5. 1 Tsp. White pepper

1. Pound pepper, lemongrass, garlic and coriander root together. Then stir in the pan.
2. Add ground pork to stir with the spices, follow by onions. Season with fish sauce, sugar and set aside.
