Mix Nut Meringues - Mix Nut Meringue is soft and sweet baked dessert. We beat egg white until fluffy. And then baked until crisp outside and soft inside. Two main ingredients of Meringue are white egg and sugar. You can bring Meringue to make different kinds of dessert. And can use both cook and uncooked Meringue.

1. Warm oven at 120 degrees.
2. Prepare a butter tray that covered with strain paper. And paint butter on the paper again.
