1. 200 grams Mushroom
2. Water, 50 ml.
3. Lime 3 Tbsp.
4. Soy sauce 3 Tbsp.
5. Chili powder 1 Tbsp.
6. Roasted Rice 1 1/2 Tbsp.
7.  Sugar 1 Tsp.
8. 2 Stalks Celery
9. 2 Spring onions
10. 2 Corianders
11. 3 Tbsp. Chopped onions

1. Chop spring onion, coriander, and long coriander prepare first.  Then cut the stalk of mushroom. Then clean with water and cut roughly.
2. Pour water into the pot. When boiling, add mushroom and wait until cooked. Turn off the gas. 
3. Season with chilli powder, roasted rice, sugar, fish sauce, lime and stir to combine. Then add shallots, chopped vegetables. Stir again. Sprinkle with dried chilli and mint leaves. Serve with fresh vegetables. Finish.
