1. 300 g. Streaky Pork (cut into 1 cm thick piece)
2. 700 ml. Coconut milk
3. 50 g. Red Curry Paste
4. 5 kaffir lime leaves (torn)

6. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
7. 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
8. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
9. 2 Tbsp. Tamarind Juice
1. Boil coconut milk, add red curry paste down and stir to combine, follow with streaky pork. Cover the pot and stew with low heat 30 minutes.
2. When pork soft, season with fish sauce, palm sugar, salt, tamarind juice.
3 Shred kaffir lime leaves into it. Turn off the heat then add morning glory and stir well. Finish.

Ingredient of Pork Belly Curry with Morning Glory (Gang Tey Pho)

1. 300 g. Streaky Pork (cut into 1 cm thick piece)
