Vegetarian Bread -  Bread that baked without milk , butter or any egg but we will use soy milk for vegetarian. And add more sesame for delicious.




Vegetarian Bread -  Bread that baked without milk , butter or any egg but we will use soy milk for vegetarian. And add more sesame for delicious.
1. 500 grams of bread flour
2. 12 grams of yeast
3. 185 grams of water
4. 1/2 Tbsp. of salt
5. 5 grams of sugar
6. 185 grams of soy milk vegetarian
7. 60 grams of margarine
8. 50 grams of icing
9. 200 grams of beans

1. Warm the oven at 175 oc.
2. Mix all ingredients and yeast in the bowl for 3 times of them.
3. Warm water and soy milk for 37 oc.
4. Mix the water and soy milk into the mixture bowl.
5. Put the salt and sugar into the bowl and mix them together.
6. At last put the margarine and stir them together then leave them for 30-40 minutes.
7. Knead the dough.
8. Mold the dough upon yours you also can see in the clips.
9. Separate dough for 3. Then mold them to strip for 30cm. see in the clips.
10. Leave them for 10-15 minutes. Covered them by cloth
11. Bake at 175 oc for 25-35 minutes depend on the size of bread.
12. After they done take them out of the oven and leave them cool on the sieve.
13. with beans and icing that mix with water.
14. Cover by the close lid.
