1. 200 grams of mackerel fish
2. 200 grams of king mackerel fish
3. 4 Tbsp. of tapioca flour
4. 1 Tsp. of baking powder
5.1/2 Tsp. of salt
6. 1/2 Tsp. of pounded pepper
7. 2 spring onion
8. 1 liter of palm oil
1. Slice spring onion then crave the fish for only meat.
