1. 200 g. Kale
2. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
3. 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
4. A big bowl of ice soak in water
1. Boil water. Add salt and the kale to blanch until cooked about 2-3 minutes.
2. Soak cooked kale in water with ice in a bowl.
3. When kale cool, bring up and cut into pieces. Arranged on a plate and drizzle with oyster sauce. Finish.
