Pork Ball - This is another favorite kind of Thai meat ball. This menu always serve with Sour and Spicy Salad or even you can make it for light meal by fry or boil. And always serve with noodles menu too.




Pork Ball - This is another favorite kind of Thai meat ball. This menu always serve with Sour and Spicy Salad or even you can make it for light meal by fry or boil. And always serve with noodles menu too.
1. 400 grams of pork
2. 2 Tsp. of salt
3. 1 Tsp. of baking powder
4. 100 ml. of very cold water
5. 2 Tsp. of pounded pepper
6. 3 Tbsp. of tapioca flour

1. Chop and pound the pork.
2. Mix all ingredients with pounded chicken except water. After that knead them and keep pouring water while knead the chicken for 10 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes knead them for another 5 minutes.
4. Mold them like a ball and boil for 10 minutes do not use too hot water.

Ingredient of Pork Ball
