Soup

1. 1 kilograms of pig’s bone
2. 4-5 pounded coriander roots
3. 1 Tbsp. of pounded pepper
4. 1 pounded garlic
5. 1 Tbsp. of salt
6. 3 Tbsp. of sugar
7. 3 Tbsp. of fish sauce
8. 3 Tbsp. of soy sauce
9. 3-1/2 liters of water

Stuff

1. 400 grams of pork ball
2. 200 grams of sliced pig’s liver
3. 200 grams of sliced pork
4. 200 grams of chopped pork
5. 5-6 packs of noddle egg noddle
6. 500 grams of bean sprouts
7. 1/2 cup of sliced spring onion
8. 1/2 cup of sliced coriander leaf
9. 1/2 cup of fried garlic
10. 1/2 cup of pounded peanut
11. 1/2 cup of sugar
12. 1/2 cup of paprika
13. 1/2 cup of lime juice
14. 1/2 cup of fish sauce
1. Boil the water then put all the soup’s ingredients into the pot for about 1 hour always take the bubble out of the pot.
2. Boil another pot then scald bean sprouts and noodle. After that leave them cool and scald pork ball.
3. Put the sugar , fish sauce ,  lime juice , paprika , pounded peanut , into the noodle bowl. Put pork ball , sliced pork and chopped pork into the same bowl. Then dress by the soup and topped.
