1. 250 grams Chicken Wings 
2. 1 Tbsp. Chili powder
3. 1 Tbsp. Pounded Black Pepper
4. 5 kaffir lime leaves (shredded)
5. 2 Chopped Lemongrass 
6. 1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
7. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
8. 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
9. Vegetable oil for frying

1. Marinated chicken with all seasoning and spices. Set aside in refrigerator 2 hour. (or marinate overnight is better).
2. Then heat the pan. Put the chicken to fry.( fry chicken only. not put spices to fry right now).
