How to Cook

1. Chicken breast cut into pieces 500 grams
2. 10-15 Mushrooms cut four pieces
3. Sesame oil 1/2 cup.
4. Oyster sauce 1/2 cup
5. Dark soy sauce 1 Tbsp.
6. 4-5 Green goat pepper chilies
7. 5 Spring onions
8. Sugar 1 1/2 Tbsp.
9. Salt 1/2 Tsp.
10. Tapioca Flour 2 Tbsp.
11. Cornstarch 2 Tbsp.

1. Marinate chicken, mushrooms with oyster sauce and sesame oil about 4-6 hours. Or marinate when cooked. For the best taste, you can marinate the meat overnight.
2. Heat the pan and pour oil just a little. or use oil from sesame oil from marinated chicken Fry the chicken until cooked, add water, add seasoning, wait until to a boil. Then put Tapioca which mixed with corn starch and already dissolved with water. Gradually add down and stir quickly. If the water is too sticky, add some more water.
3. Topped with chicken on steamed rice. Or top beside the rice. Eat with spring onion and green got pepper.
