1. 1 Box Tofu soft / cut into dice

1. Tofu - pour water out. Absorb with paper and squeezed water. Cut into square pieces.
2. Pound fried ingredients - Pound Sichuan pepper, salt. Add red goat pepper and black bean paste to pound together.
3. Pour sesame oil in a pan medium heat. Fry chopped garlic, chopped ginger, put pounded ingredients and fry until cooked. Add minced pork, fry, pour water and wait to boil. Season with Chinese wine, soy sauce, sugar, and taste it. When boil again, add tapioca flour dissolve with water, pour into the middle and stir. When boiling, add tofu and stir gently. Turn off the gas. Serve on plate. Dress with sauce and sprinkle with green leaves of the garlic.
