Ingredients for: 2 person

1. Shrimp 1/2 kg.
2. Frozen pork fat (cut into dice) 100 grams
3. A gypsum plate
4. Egg
5. Flour 3 Tbsp.
6. Sesame oil 1 Tbsp.
7. Pepper 1 Tsp.
8. Salt 1 Tsp.
9. Soy sauce 1 Tsp.
10. Sugar 1/2 Tsp.
1. Clean shrimp, peel, cut back and pull black line. Chop with knife. Then add diced pork fat to chop together.
2. Knead shrimp and pork fat together with egg, Flour, sesame oil, pepper, ground salt, sugar, soy sauce, then mix all ingredients well together in mixing bowl. Push the air out and make the ingredients stick together. 20 minutes
3. Gypsum (sprinkle water), cut into square pieces, add finish kneading ingredients, roll up tightly. Put in steaming pot 10- 15 minutes and set aside to cool. You can keep it many week in the freezer.
4. Cut it in oblique pieces when you want to eat. Fry over medium-high heat until crisp and golden. Drain the oil and absorb with paper.
5. Put in the container. Eat with plum sauce or chili sauce.
