3. 1 cup Garlic 
4. 2 Tbsp. Coriander root
5. 1 Tbsp. Pepper
6. 2 cups Cooked rice
7. 2 Tsp. Salt
8. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
9. 1 Tsp. Sugar
10. Pork Filling bitter 300 grams
11. Side dish vegetables - cauliflower, chilli, ginger
12. Cone for pouring, toothpick, rope

1.  Filling cleaning - cleaning all fat out. Turn to another side and bring inside out and clean. Use a spoon to scrape the mucus out. Mix with salt quickly, wash with water. Mix with flour, clean with water. Turn to another side and clean outside again.
