1. 1 Cup Green Papaya (chopped and sliced into long lines)
2. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
3. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
4. 1 Tbsp. Lime

1. Mix the flour for frying  with water. Then mix together with the papaya.
2. Heat the oil.  Fry papaya until crispy and spread papaya to all over the pan. Bring up and set aside.
3. Pound chilli and garlic together. Season with palm sugar, lime fish sauce. Stir to dissolve palm sugar.
4. Chop tomatoes and add into it. Add dried shrimp and set aside.
5. Served by placing papaya onto the dish. Sprinkle with fried peanuts. And served with a salad dressing.
