Fried shrimp with curry paste, and we add a bit crunchy with sliced bamboo shoots. This menu has spicy, salty, and sweet taste just a little. It’s perfect to eat with hot steamed rice.

1. 15 prawns peeled - cut back - pull black line
2. 150 grams Asparagus cut into long lines
3. 3 Eggplant
4. 1 cup Basil leaves
5. 5 Kaffir lime leaves
6. 1 Red goat pepper
7. Red pepper 50 grams rough
8. Sugar 1/2 Tbsp.
9. Fish sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp.
10. Oyster sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp.
11. Soybean Oil 3 Tbsp.
12. Salt 1/2 Tsp.
13. Water 4 Tbsp.

1. Mix salt with 500 ml water. Then put eggplant in water to prevent it black.
2. Sliced oblique goat pepper and shredded kaffir lime leaves. Set aside.
3. Fry red curry paste with soybean oil with low heat.
4. Add bamboo shoots, eggplant and fry them until cooked, put  shrimp to fry until cooked about 50%.
5. Add goat pepper, kaffir lime leaves. Season with sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, water and stir to combine. Add basil leaves and fry just a little. Ready to serve.
