1. 300 grams of steamed Mackarel
2. Shallots roasted in a frying pan 7-8 head
3. 5-6 Cloves garlic
4. Goat pepper 8-10 seeds
5. 1 Tbsp. Roasted sesame seeds
6. Cooked fermented fish sauce 1/4 cup
7. Fish sauce 2 Tbsp.
8. Lime 2 Tbsp.
9. Fresh long beans, cucumber, eggplant and cauliflower
10. Boiled cauliflower and pumpkin
1. Tear only meat of steamed Mackerel and set aside.
2. Heat the pan over low heat, put shallots, garlic, goat pepper and roast until cooked. Pound finely and put fish meat, sesame then pound well together. Season with fermented fish sauce, fish sauce, lime and mix thoroughly.
3. Eat with fresh side dish vegetables or cooked vegetables.

Ingredient of Fermented Fish Sauce


1. 300 grams of steamed Mackarel
