Traditional Fried Taro  - Thai traditional light meal , many people may not heard about this menu before. The shape of this dessert make like a bat so in Thai calls "Fried Taro Bat". This menu made from taro , coconut milk and flour. And roll shrimp stuff inside. Serve with Ajad sauce Islamic dish made of cucumber slices and onions in vinegar.

Dough
1. 1 kilogram of pounded taro
2. 2 Tbsp. of undiluted coconut milk
3. 1 cup of sifted flour

Shrimp stuff
4. 250 grams of scraped coconut
5. 200 grams of chopped shrimp without shell and keep the shrimp oil for fry. if you do not have can use yellow food coloring
6. 3 coriander roots
7. 1 Tbsp. of garlic
8. 1 Tsp. of pepper
9. 1/3 cup of sugar
10. 2 and 1/2 Tsp. of salt

Dough 
11. 1 cup of rice flour
12. 1 cup of sifted wheat flour
13. 1 Tsp. of salt
14. 6 Tbsp. of coconut milk
15. 2/3 cup of water
16. 2/3 cup of lime water
17. 1 egg only yolk
18. 1 Tbsp. of sugar

1. Dough - Pound the taro then put the coconut milk into the same bowl. Put the wheat flour then knead them and close the lid.
2. Taro stuff - Chop the shrimp and sliced coconut then warm the pan with medium heat. Fry coriander root , garlic , pepper together. Put little water into the pan and put shrimp , coconut then fry them together and put salt , sugar. Fry until done.
3. Mold the dough to be circle about 1 inch. Put the taro stuff into the dough and warp the dough like a pyramid shape (see how to in our website).
4. Mix the 2 limewater with half of coconut milk , salt , sugar and yolk together and knead them. After that put another half of coconut milk , rice flour , wheat flour and knead team together and strain them at last.
5. Warm the pan with low heat and put the oil into the pan.  Dip the taro into the  ป้งชุบ and try until taro turn to yellow. Serve with Ajad sauce
