Dough
1. 1 cup of sifted rice flour
2. 1 Tbsp. of arrowroot flour
3. 2 Tbsp. of tapioca flour
4. 1 cup of water

 Fish stuff
5. 1 cup of shortjawed barracuda steamed and pound with galangal water
6. 1/2 cup of chopped red onion
7. 1/4 cup of fried onion chopped
8. 3 Tbsp. of pounded garlic pound with coriander root and pepper

11. 1/4 cup of peanut roasted - related nutshell - pounded

14. 1 cup of chopped parsley
15. 2 Tsp. of salt
16. 1/4 cup of sugar

1. Fish stuff - Pound the fish (only meat) with galangal water. Fry coriander root , garlic , pepper until they have a good smell. Put the fish , red onion , fried galangal , fried onion , fried garlic , sugar and salt together. Put the pounded peanut , parsley and fry them until they dry out.

5. Serve on a plate. Arrange side dish vegetables like coriander, lettuce, chilli and fried garlic.
