Flour
1. 1 cup rice flour
2. 1 Tbsp. Arrow root flour
3. 2 Tbsp. Tapioca flour
4. 1 cup Water

Filling
6. 250 grams Chicken bread
6. 1/2 cup Ground peanut
7. 1/2  cup Onion
8.1 Tbsp.  Coriander root, garlic, pepper 
9. 1/2 cup Sugar
10. 2-3 Tsp. Salt
11. 1/2 cup Oil

Topped and Side dishes
12. 1/2 cup Garlic
13. Coriander root
14.  Lettuce
15. Chilli
1. Add rice flour, Arrow root, tapioca flour and water in a brass pan over low heat. Stir until cool. Then mold and use tapioca flour to make it not stick together. Then separate the dough.
2. Add oil in a pan, then fry coriander root, garlic and pepper. Pour chicken stock, chopped onion, chicken breast and fry together until cook. Season with sugar and salt.
3. Mold the dough and spread for put filling down. Wrap tightly and plait it all around. Make eyes with black sesame, mouth by using carrot. Arrange in banana leave that already pant with oil. Sprinkle water before steam 5-8 minutes. Serve with Lettuce, coriander leave and fried garlic.

Flour

1. 1 cup rice flour
2. 1 Tbsp. Arrow root flour
3. 2 Tbsp. Tapioca flour
4. 1 cup Water

Filling
