4. 2 stalks of Lemon glass
5. 5-6 Kaffir lime leaves

1. Pound celery root, then sliced galangal and lemon grass to prepare first. Shred kaffir lime leaves, cut half mushroom and chilli.
2. Boil chicken broth, add coriander root, galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, chilli. Boil for about 10 minutes.
3. While boiling the ingredients, pour palm oil into another pan and wait until hot, then beat egg and fry until golden. Cut eggs into 6 pieces and set aside.
4. Season with fish sauce, sugar and salt in a soup, add mushrooms and boil for another 2-3 minutes, turn off the gas and add lime. Stir to combine before add the egg. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and ready to serve.
