1. Chop fennel leaves, chilli, lemon grass and garlic finely. Then chop the pork bone finely as well. Set aside.
2. Fry chilli, garlic, lemon grass with oil. Then add the pork bone down, stir and fry until pork is almost cooked.

How to Cook Pork Rib with Chilli Paste (Kra dook Mu Aon Sub Pad Phed)
