2. Ginkgo 180 grams
3. Kale 100 grams
4. Ground Pepper 1 Tsp.
5. Oyster sauce 3 Tbsp.
6. Soy sauce 2 Tbsp.
7. Chinese Wine 2 Tbsp.
8. Sugar 1/2 Tbsp.
9. Soybean oil 5 Tbsp.
10. Salt 1 Tsp. (for boiling with kale)

1. Cut the tentacles of shrimp. And cut back, leaving a black line. Then washed thoroughly and set aside.
