American Cookie - The giant cookie with has intense flavor of almond, pistachio and macadamia. Enjoy more delicious with chocolate and white chocolate. And add the Americanize with rum.
1. 250 grams salted butter
2. 150 grams of sugar
3..1 Egg
4. 150 grams cake flour
5. 150 grams All Purpose Flour
6. Baking powder 1 1/2 Tsp.
7. 2 Tsp. Vanilla
8. 2 Tsp. Rum odor
9. 1 Tbsp. Rum Wine
10. Raisins 100 grams
11. Almond 50 grams
12. Pistachio 50 grams
13. Macademia 50 grams
14. Chocolate 150 grams
15. White Chocolate 50 grams
1. Heated oven at 175 C. Co, buttered and lined paper to the tray.
2. Beat the butter at low speed and add the cream.
3. Put sugar and beat until light, fluffy white cream.
4. Add rum smell, vanilla smell and rum into the egg. Mix to combine.
5. Pour egg mixture into the butter. (Gradually add just a little)
6. Beat at medium speed until well mixed.
7. Sift all-purpose flour, baking powder and cake flour together.
8. Gradually add the flour mixture into well combined mixture.
9. Beat at medium speed until well combined.
10. Chopped all kinds of nut roughly.
11. Add nuts, raisins and chocolate.
12. Mix until combined.
13. Spoon into the tray.
14. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
15. When cooked and golden brown, set aside on the wire rack until cool.
