Roasted Pork with Cha Plu Leaves (Moo Yang Bai Cha Plu) - Roasted Pork with Cha Plu Leaves is a delicious light dish which some say that it's the Vietnamese. And some say that it's Thai dish. But whatever it is you can enjoy the delicious! With intense flavor of minced pork, then wrapped in Cha Plu leaves and bring to grill until done. You can eat with fermented rice flour noodles or rice noodles. It has a sweet and sour taste like a 'fried spring rolls sauce'. And only this, you will get this delicious appetizer menu.

1. Minced Pork / 300 grams chopped beef
2. Garlic (minced) 1 Tbsp.
3. Shallot (chopped) 1 Tbsp.
4. Lemon grass (chopped) 1 Tbsp.
5. Soy sauce 1 Tbsp.
6. Sugar 1 Tbsp.
7. Pineapple juice 1 Tbsp.
8. Milk 2 Tbsp.
9. 1 Handful of Cha Plu Leaves
1. Put minced pork, garlic, shallot, lemon grass, soy sauce, sugar, milk, pineapple juice in a mixing bowl and knead well together until sticky. Leave for  20- 30 minutes.
2. Mold pork in long stick and wrap with Cha Plu leaves. Grill on low heat until cook. It will tie up minced pork. And ready to serve. Or you can eat with rice noodles.
