Dough 
1. 1 cup of Rice flour
2. 1/4 cup of tapioca starch
3. 1/4 cup of glutinous flour
4. 1 cup of water
5. 2 Tbsp. of oil

For the Chinese Chives flavor
6. 1 cup of cut Chinese Chives
7. 2-3 Tbsp. of oil
8. 1 Tbsp. chopped Garlic
9. 2 Tsp. of Soy Sauce

Sauce
10. 1-2 of grinded pepper
11. 1/2 cup of sweet black soy sauce
12. 2 Tbsp. of soy sauce
13. 1 Tbsp. of Vinegar
14. 1 Tbsp. of Sugar

1. Dough - Put the 3 kind of flour into the boil water (use the medium temp. for heat the water). Stir them until well combined then leave them until they turn to warm. Knead them until the well combined (use tapioca starch to knead) after that use the wet cloth cover them (do not let's them dry out).
