Dough 
1. 2 cups of rice flour
2. 1 cup of tapioca starch
3. 1 and 1/2 boiled water

Taro Flavor 
4. 1 cup of diced taro (steamed)
5. 2-3 tbsp. of dried shrimp
6. 1 Tbsp. of oil
7. 1 Tbsp. of chopped garlic
8. 1 Tbsp. of soy sauce

1. Fried chopped garlic with the medium heat.  Wait until they turn to yellow,  put the dried shrimp , taro, soy sauce and fried them together and put some water to them.
2. Mix the rice flour and tapioca starch together and pour little hot water to them and stir them until they well combined. After that knead them by the tapioca starch until smooth and cover them by the wet cloth.
3. Mold the dough to be the little ball (about 1 inch). Flat them and put the mixture after that wrap the mixture with dough. Steam them with the medium heat and wait until they done (about 10-15 minutes). Serve with the sauce.
