Chinese Steamed Dumplings with Radish (Jui-Guay) - The Chinese's light meal that you can found at every China town. Make from flour and Chinese dried radish.Dish up with the Chinese style sauce that made from soy sauce or you can add an extra pork for the topping and for the good taste too.
Dough 
1. 1 and 1/2 cups of rice flour
2. 1/4 cup of Arrowroot flour
3. 1/4 cup of tapioca starch
4. 1/2 Tsp. of salt
5. 1 and 1/4 cups of water

Topping
6. 1/2 cup of chopped garlic
7. 1 cup of Sweet or salted Chinese dried radish (wash and chop)
8. 2 Tbsp. of soy sauce
9. 1Tbsp. of black soy sauce
10. 3 Tsp. of sugar
11. 1 Tsp. of salt
12. 1 Tsp. of pepper

Sauce
13. 1/2 cup of black salted soy sauce
14. 1/2 cup of sugar
15. 1/4 cup of vinegar
16. 1 cup of water
17. 1/8 Tsp. of salt

1. Dough - Put the rice flour , Arrowroot flour , tapioca starch and put some water in the bowl. Knead them until they well combine and leave them for about 4-6 hour (also can leave for 1 night for the better set of dough) 
2. Put the mixture into the ta-lai cup and stream them about 8-10 minutes (high heat). Stream them until you see the little hold of center. Then leave them cool.
