Navel Orange Cake - The orange cake dressing with special sweet & sour sauce. Cannot forget the taste after you try it just only one time.
1. 150 grams of cake flour
2. 150 grams of butter
3. 100 grams of sugar
4. 2 Tsp. of baking powder
5. 1 orange
6. 25 grams of orange syrup
7. 1 Tbsp. of whisky
8. orange skin
9. 1/4 Tsp. of salt

Orange Sauce
1. 70 grams of sugar
2. 25 grams of butter
3. 1 Navel Orange
4. 3 Tbsp. of whisky
5. 1/2 lemon
1. Heat the oven at 175-180c.
2. Shredded the Navel orange for the skin.
3. After get the orange skin keep the orange meat and leave it.
4. Squeeze the orange for the juice.
5. Put the orange skin and orange meat into the bowl.
6. Knead them mix together.
7. Put the whisk and salt and mix them together.
8. Sift cake flour and baking powder.
9. Put butter and sugar in the whisk and stir it until they turn to cream.
10. Put the sifted flour into the whisk. Stir until they well combine.
11. Keep stir the mixture until they mixed together.
12. Put the mixture into the mold and put them into the oven for about 45 minutes.
13. Start to make the orange sauce.
14. Shredded the orange and leave them.
15. Pell the orange then keep only orange meat.
16. Sqweez the orange for the juice.
17. Mix all mixture together.
18. Put the sugar into the pan.
19. Put the all orange ingredients into the pan.
20. Stir them until sugar melt.
21. Put the butter and wait until it melt.
22. Put the lemon juice into the sauce and leave them cool.
23. Wait until Navel Orange Cake done and chop the cake.
24. Dressing cake with the hot sauce and dish up!!.
