1. Dough - you can see in the Aklare clip

3. 5-10 grams of coco

Chocolate flavor
1. 250 grams of chocolate
2. 300 grams of milk/cream
3. 1 egg
4. 50 grams of sugar
5. 1 Tbsp. of gelatin powder (put into the 2-3 Tbsp. of cold water)
1. Ganache Chololate Filling – Boiled the milk/cream
2. Put the egg , sugar into the bowl and stir and put the 1 ladle of hot milk. Pour the milk while stirring them. Add another 1 ladle of hot milk and then put add mixture back to the pot. Warm the pot with low heat until they full-flavored. After that put the gelatin into the pot and melt them together. Pour the mixture to the chocolate and stir until they melted then put them into the freezer
3. Make the 4 holds at the bottom of dough. When using Ganache Strawberry Chololate, you should stir the chocolate for easy squeezing. Put in a bag and squeeze in the dough in 4 holds.
4. Dressing - Put the sugar and little water into the pot and warm them with low heat. Stir them until they melted. Put the food coloring and coco flavor. After that dip the Aklare into and leave them for a while. Then the  sugar dressing will turn harder and ready to serve.
